This is the sauce to go with Karl’s Vietnamese Summer Rolls.
Ingredients
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbs. Hoisin sauce
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. lime juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. fish sauce
1 tsp. chili garlic paste
½ tsp. agave syrup
½ tsp. sesame oil
1/3 cup hot water
Directions
1. Put all of the ingredients into a small bowl and then add the hot water.
2. Whisk the sauce until smooth.
