Ingredients
2 Tbs. Ginger Spread
¼ cup Jameson’s Irish whiskey
Directions
1. Put the ginger spread and Irish whiskey in a microwave safe measuring cup.
2. Heat the mixture for 30-40 seconds in the microwave.
Tip: You may use the sauce directly from the cup or transfer it to a serving bowl.
3. Spoon the sauce over your favorite ice cream.
Tip: Add a ginger cookie as a garnish.
