Miriam decided to bring a salad to add to Sunday’s chicken dinner. She was rather vague about what she used as a dressing. She has been very busy at work, but she may fill in the blanks later.

Miriam’s Avocado, Corn and Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
2 avocados, diced
1 cup frozen corn, boiled and cooled
1 English cucumber, quartered lengthwise, and sliced
Dressing (I’m guessing)
Oil
White wine vinegar
pepper
salt
Directions
1. Add all of the ingredients to the bowl, pour on the dressing, and toss to coat.
