BBQ is a tradition meal for Memorial Day. I was serving wings and a variety of salads. A fruit salad seemed the right dessert to go with this meal.
Karl’s Seasonal Fruit Salad
3 cups watermelon, chunked and de-seeded
5 apricots, pits removed and coarsely chopped
1 cup Rainier cherries, halved and pitted
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1. Put the fruit in a serving bowl and toss to mix.
2. Serve chilled.
